Tue - Jul 08 -- Thu - Jul 10 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM Boys R Us Boys R Us offers support and information to male and transgendered street youth sex trade workers in Vancouver. The weekly Boys R Us Sessions are held Tues, Wed. and Thursday's in the downtown south area in the evenings (Three Bridges Clinic). Each session works on building community, identifying resources and promoting social interaction. Nutritious meals are served. 20-45 youth attend each night. Wed - Jul 09 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM Wednesday Evening Support Group BCPWA's peer-facilitated HIV support group is the longest-running group of its kind in Canada. The group meets every Wednesday evening in the BCPWA Society Lounge. Its drop-in format easily accommodates people from out of town. The Wednesday evening group welcomes people living with HIV disease, people who are co-infected with Hepatitis C, as well as family, friends, medical or social supports of group members. The group focuses on mutual support, empowerment, and information exchange.
